Lile Emnadze.

Pianist & Music Educator

Lile Emnadze is a Georgian pianist and educator. She holds a Master of Music degree from DePaul University, where she studied with George Vatchnadze and Dr. Yasuko Oura, and a Bachelor's degree from the Tbilisi State Conservatoire.

Since 2016, Lile has been dedicated to teaching piano to students of different ages and levels. A Suzuki-trained teacher, she draws on a range of pedagogical approaches, including Suzuki, ABRSM, AIM, and traditional methods, adapting her teaching to the individual needs and goals of each student. She currently teaches at Bennett Day School and collaborates with several music studios throughout Chicago.

As a performer, Lile is active as a soloist, chamber musician, and collaborative pianist. A laureate of numerous international competitions since childhood, she has performed in distinguished venues in the United States and Europe, including Carnegie Hall in New York and the Royal Palace in Sweden.

At the heart of Lile's teaching philosophy is the belief that music education extends far beyond learning to play an instrument. She strives to help her students become not only confident and capable musicians, but also thoughtful, sensitive, and attentive individuals. For Lile, music is a language that can communicate beyond words, and her goal as an educator is to help each student develop confidence, curiosity, and their own individual musical voice.
